Craft Shows 2009

Wow! Am I tired! My sister and I had our first craft show Nov. 28th. We did fairly well and were very pleased with how it went. So we decided to do another the next weekend. We both had been working 40+ hours a week and then would come home and work on our crafts. Thanks to our families for all the help in getting ready for this. It was fun, but next time we should get more of a head start on creating our inventory. We are hoping to do another show in the spring.


I will try to post more close up pics of some of the tile coasters and cards as soon as I can.

I have been so busy making things for an upcoming Craft Fair that I am doing with my sister that I haven't posted in a while. I do plan on taking pics of our items for sale and our display table during the fair which is Nov. 28th. I will post as soon as I can. Thanks for stopping by.

MU card

Here is the card I made for my Dad's Birthday. It is hard to tell by the pic, but I pop dotted the front. The football is a brad.

My first Tri Shutter Card

This is my first attempt at a Tri Shutter Card. It was a lot easier than I thought it was going to be. I used paper from the Debbie Mumm Harvest and Holiday stack. I am also a freak on the Studio G dollar stamps. I will always dig through them when I hit a craft store. I made this card away from home so I didn't embellish it like I normally would but I still like how it turned out. I will be making more of these cards:)

Halloween Layout

I just love the fall weather we are having. It really puts me in the mood for hot apple crisp, apple cider and Halloween! This is a layout I made last year. I used Cricut Paper Dolls cart for the cuts on this layout. I really like this paper I bought it at last years CKC convention. This years convention is in Oct. and I cannot wait.

I made this centerpiece for my youngest daughters 13th birthday party. I used my cricut and the storybook cartridge. She had a twilight party so the decorations were red and black.

Calendar

Here is another great idea I got from the Cricut message board. I found the instructions for this great calendar from badger42 on the Cricut board. I added quotes from Twilight on the month tabs.
